George W. Bush had a bit of this humor, but no president has had the ability to deliver it like Reagan.
The muslim Kenyan has no humor at all. Even his teleprompters are humorless.

Boy do I ever miss Ronald Reagan. Now the foreign policy is to give our allies Nuclear secrets to the Russians. we have come a long way Since Reagan and that road has all been down hill.

Tom, your right Bush had some great comebacks and good humor too. I loved Bush's laugh, like a giggle type laugh.
