St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Manager Tony LaRussa Was Asked About AZ Bill and Tea Party People

St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Manager Tony LaRussa speaking out in defense of Tea Party Activists that showed up at Busch Stadium. LaRussa said he is “in support” of a lot of what they are doing, and he went further by saying, “I’m actually in support of what Arizona is doing.”
LaRussa defended the right of the Tea Party or those with a different viewpoint to come to the ballpark with their signs: “This is America, right? You’re supposed to have opinions.”

Tony La Russa is not just some uninformed dumb jock shooting his mouth off.
He holds a law degree, and is very informed on a number of issues, othere than the X's and O's of Baseball.
Besides isn't refreshing to hear something like this after having been subjected to the opinions of Sir Paul McCartney, Cheryl Crowe, etc.

Good to hear someone from the sports area spout an opinion that actually makes sense.
