Senate Republicans Take First Step Toward Repealing and Replacing Obamacare ~ Vote Possibly Today!

.

Mark Levin talking about the significance of the ruling by a Federal Judge yesterday that ObamaCare is unconstitutional. Levin said the Obama Administration will be in contempt of court if they continue to try and implement ObamaCare.

Good for the Senate Republicans!!

Rush was saying that the Republicans shouldn’t get lazy after the Judge Vinson Ruling. He said they should go for the jugular and continue to try to repeal Obamacare. McConnell’s smart in bringing up a vote on this Unconstitutional Health Care Law.

The Dem’s will be put on record and they will thusly incur the wrath of the voters very soon.

The Senate is supposed to vote on the bill TODAY.

An interesting turn of events taking place here.

We have an Administration so committed to it's agenda, that it is willing to risk contempt of Court.

Once again we have an example of this President's lack of respect for the People, The Country, and the Constitution.

The real test will come when this issue is decided upon by the SCOTUS. If the ruling comes down as being in support of the Lower Courts, and at that time the Administration continues to implement the Bill, we will have substantial grounds for Impeachment.

For the first time in a long while I have some joy and optimism in the Senate Repubs. Go guys! It seems like the Tea Party movment has had a lot of success in motivating the Repub office holders. They know they better support a conservative agenda or find voter wrath in their next primary.

As to the obamacare program, it may be DOA in 2012 or before.

I know I have beaten this Dog to death, BUT you don’t throw the baby out with the bath water especially If you don’t have a better plan.. Two Bloody years and all Republicans and the Democrats that don’t like Obumbo mish-mash have what??If you’re going to Talk the talk then you damn well better be able to Walk the walk. It’s almost like our Legislature didn’t hear the people speak mid-term, well repeating my Self again 2012 will be Custer’s Last stand for those running for re-election if things don’t change…

This won't be resolved until it reaches the Supreme Court and hopefully Roberts will write for the majority the dissenting opinion that puts the bullet in this horse. And that is the same thing rush said, the 26 states should go back to the court and get a contempt order against the government and force them to comply.

Looks like it was voted down by a straight party line vote 47-51. I guess there's a silver lining since it's on record, so the dems can't say anything to the contrary in say... a campaign ad (though they may try).
