Obama Criticizes and Mocks Tea Parties and FOX ( Video)
Obama speaks during a town hall meeting at Fox Senior High School in Arnold, Missouri, April 29, 2009.
Obama Targets Tea Bags at Town Hall
At his 100th-day town hall meeting in St. Louis, Mo., President Obama took direct aim at the anti-tax “tea party” demonstrations that have cropped up over the last month – and took a veiled shot at FOX News Channel, at the cable news network closely associated with the protests.
Asked about fiscal discipline and entitlements reform, Obama seemed to be repressing a smile as he jabbed critics of his spending plans.
"Those of you who are watching certain news channels on which I'm not very popular, and you see folks waving tea bags around, Obama said, “let me just remind them that I am happy to have a serious conversation about how we are going to cut our health care costs down over the long term, how we are going to stabilize Social Security.”
“But,” Obama continued, “let's not play games and pretend that the reason [for the deficit] is because of the Recovery Act."
It’s the president’s most direct response so far to the protests that flared up in some locations around tax day, on April 15.
In his briefing that day, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs told reporters:
“I don't know if there's a specific response to protests..I think you saw the president today talk about as candidate Obama promising to bring a tax cut to 95 percent of working families in America, and as president delivering that tax cut.”
Wild Thing's comment......
But...but....but...II thought he wasn’t aware of them? LMAO It is getting to him....This guy’s cage can be rattled and it has.
Obama really is a nasty piece of work. He is so unpatriotic and so despicable; he has to bash freedom-loving Americans, in every way he can. Like Hitler, Stalin and other egomaniacs, the Obamanation can’t tolerate criticism. Like a Caesar or a Nero or a Caligula, only flattery is appropriate.

He is a douchebag, perhaps we should have sent him that message instead of teabags. I watch FOX and also hit CNBC, and CNN. Most of us make up our own minds and there are some on FOX that I find myself disagreeing with more and more.

How dare we have a contrary opinion to this dirtbag. This is unbelievable, he's mocking the First Amendment and the right of the American People to protest as prescribed in the United States Constitution.
Unlike Bush, who was protested almost everyday of his Presidency, he knew and appreciated the Bill of Rights and the Right of the People to protest. Unlike the left wing dirtbags protesting our Troops, the 'Tea-baggers' left each site of protest clean as if they were never there. Contrary to, say, oh and Earth day event where the entire area is trashed.
The man is a complete hypocrite.

Mark, your so right. What a HUGE
difference. They never let up on Bush
from his first win against Gore, the chad
counting all the way till he left office.
Horrible vile things and to our troops

My suggestion is that everyone send Barry O'Vomit a douche kit. That'll get his attention.
