Muskrat Love
Words as sung by: Captain & Tennille
Words and Music by: Willis Alan Ramsay

Muskrat, muskrat candlelight
doin' the town and doin' it right
in the evenin', it's pretty pleasin'

Muskrat Susie, Muskrat Sam
Do the jitterbug
Out in muskrat land
And they shimmy
Sam is so skinny

And they whirl and they twirl and they tango
Singin' and jingin' a jango
Floatin' like the heavens above
It looks like muskrat love

Nibblin' on bacon, chewin' on cheese
Sam says to Susie
"Honey, would you please be my missus?"
Susie says yes with her kisses

And now he's ticklin' her fancy
Rubbin' her toes
muzzle to muzzle now
anything goes
as they wriggle
Sue starts to giggle
And they whirl and they twirl and they tango
Singin' and jingin' a jango
Floatin' like the heavens above
It looks like muskrat love

I can spend hours watching otters, they are nature's entertainers.

If only we humans could be so passionate about one another. Sea Otters are my 18 year old daughter's favorite animals and this video really shows love to me.
I would love to see a day when the wars would all be over and we could all sit at one table and break bread with one another. If my ancestors of so many different heritages could learn to do it, so can we.
I just want to do it right and make it stick forever in the sunshine.
