Propaganda From Obama Called " It's time for a reality check"

Subject: It's time for a reality check

Dear Friend,

Anyone that's watched the news in the past few days knows that health insurance reform is a hot topic — and that rumors and scare tactics have only increased as more people engage with the issue. Given a lot of the outrageous claims floating around, it’s time to make sure everyone knows the facts about the security and stability you get with health insurance reform.

That’s why we’ve launched a new online resource — — to help you separate fact from fiction and share the truth about health insurance reform. Here's a few of the reality check videos you can find on the site:

CEA Chair Christina Romer details how health insurance reform will impact small businesses.
Domestic Policy Council Director Melody Barnes tackles a nasty rumor about euthanasia and clearly describes how reform helps families.
Matt Flavin, the White House's Director of Veterans and Wounded Warrior Policy, clears the air about Veteran's benefits.
Kavita Patel, M.D., a doctor serving in the White House's Office of Public Engagement, explains that health care rationing is happening right now and how reform gives control back to patients and doctors.
Bob Kocher, M.D., a doctor serving on the National Economic Council, debunks the myth that health insurance reform will be financed by cutting Medicare benefits.
There's more information and a number of online tools you can use to spread the truth among your family, friends and other social networks. Take a look:

We knew going into this effort that accomplishing compre hensive health insurance reform wasn't going to be easy. Achieving real change never is. The entrenched interests that benefit from the status quo always use their influence in Washington to try and keep things just as they are.

But don't be misled. We know the status quo is unsustainable. If we do nothing, millions more Americans will be denied insurance because of pre-existing conditions, or see their coverage suddenly dropped if they become seriously ill. Out-of-pocket expenses will continue to soar, and more and more families and businesses will be forced to deal with health insurance costs they can’t afford.

That's the reality.

Americans deserve better. You deserve a health care system that works as well for you as it does for the status quo; one you can depend on — that won't deny you coverage when you need it most or charge you crippling out-of-pocket co-pays. Health insurance reform means guaranteeing the health care security and stability you deserve.

President Barack Obama promised he'd bring change to Washington and fix our broken, unsustainable health insurance system. You can help deliver that change. Visit, get the facts and spread the truth. The stakes are just too high to do nothing.

Thank you,

David Axelrod
Senior Advisor to the President

David Axelrod:

First, WE, the mob have a Right to dissent, it is not un-American and we will not sit down and shut up. We did NOT create this problem, And we did not run up 1.3 Trillion dollars in debt, We go to work everyday and take care of our families and that keeps this country moving.

“I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you’re not patriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration.”
— Hillary Rodham Clinton (Democrat)

We are not paid by the RNC or any insurance company to disrupt any town hall meeting. The last time I checked, after an election, the Representative or Senator regardless of party is SUPPOSE TO represent ALL THE PEOPLE not a few select individuals who the Administration chooses.

We don't like all the spending, we don't like our grandchildren's future being mortgaged by an oligarchy, that think they have an in to all the knowledge of this country and are only doing it for our own good.

So Mr. Axelrod, Yes you won but here is the Rub, you now represent US too, not just the people who voted for you. In essence you work for me.

We do not want YOUR Health Care Rationing, we have worked all of our lives to get to retirement, we don't expect to be given Pre Death counseling, by the Government, every 5 years, if we need a hip replacement we expect our insurance company to pay for it. We worked hard to get where we are at. This use to be called, 'Pursuit of Happiness.'

We don't think Illegal Aliens deserve American Health Insurance, primarily because they are not citizens of this country.

We don't believe in Eugenics, Euthanasia or any other kind of Human extinction for the convenience of the state. We want to keep the Health Care system we already have. the system that the whole world envies because we are the best.

We want our Health Care Left alone.

If you are so bent on giving away the store, and insuring the people who are un-insured or don't want insurance, then insure them but don't expect us to pay for your pie in the sky, feel good policy or expect us to willingly go along.

Benjamin Franklin was asked after the Constitution was signed and delivered by a lady standing on the street. she said, "What have you given us, Mr Franklin", to which Franklin replied, " We have given you a Republic, If you can keep it".

Mr. Axelrod we intend to keep our Republic.

Mark Gray

Wild Thing's comment..........

Great response Mark, thank you for sharing it.

I noticed they changed the name again, the focus group wording health insurance reform not health care reform.
It is getting hard to keep up with the many name changes.

Is it legal to use tax dollars and White House resources for partisan purposes? Really, the WH is using taxpayer money to run a propaganda website to push their political objectives!! Seems to me that kind of stuff used to be against the law, back when we still had a nation under the rule of law.

Just one other question, if this is so great, why is Congress exempt from it????

....Thank you Mark for sending this to me.

Good question WT, also why are the Unions and Federal Employees also exempt.

They're the elite and their cronies who are exempt. The serfs get the dirty end of the stick not only that, we have to pay for their selected system.

Good letter Mark. Axelrod most likely picks a few letters to read and his staff picks a few more to get an idea of the tone of the letters.

I would imagine the overall tone is the same as Mark's. We DO NOT want this horrible healthcare scam.

Mark, I don't like being a serf...waaaaaa.

Good letter Mark.

There are so many things coming down the pike to be concerned about. HR3311, a pilot program for the gov't to track your car via GPS and tax/spy accordingly. Another thing regarding the census that i didn't know. Illegals count. California could gain 9 seats in the House. Been that way since 1980 (Carter). Next tea party I attend I'm going to have an ear tag, "Prop. US GOV." The local Farm supply sells 'em by the gross.
