Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake can sure dish out the condemnations of Police Officers, but she can’t take tough questions from Fox News’ Leland Vittert! He asked her about the dramatic rise in the murder rate in Baltimore since her city created a war on police.
