Cruz runs the numbers:
"It's gone now (children crossing Southern border) from 6,000 children in 2011 to its expected to be 90,000 this year and 145,000 next year.
"They're coming because they believe they will get amnesty President Obama's amnesty. And if we want to solve the problem the only way to do it is to eliminate the promise of amnesty"
