Tax cuts work. Kennedy proved it. Reagan proved it. Both Bushs tried it and it only failed for them because they and Congress continued increased spending. Tax cuts MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY SPENDING CUTS to be effective.

Tax cuts do work accomanied by spending cuts. Ryan referenced Kennedy at the debate, and Biden the Bore tried to channel Lloyd Bentsen in trying to say that Ryan was no JFK. Biden is not even Bentsen. A heartbeat away from the presidency ? Biden? No way!!!
