There are plenty of gems in that segment, but how about when h seems to catch himself while discussing his parents telling him he could be president if he wanted to, only to realize quickly he only ended up being vice president:

There is speaking to a group and then there is screaming at a group. Biden is really going off in a scream much like Howard Dean did that time.
