Mistaking German Nazi concentration camps in occupied Poland during World War II for "Polish Death Camps" is something expected from the mouths of babes, the mouths of grade school history students, certainly not the mouth of a President of the United States.

In yet another insult to the Polish people and to Americans of Polish descent, this President chose to announce the pull out of American defense missiles in Poland on the 70th anniversary of the Soviet invasion of Poland in September 2009.

These are repeated examples of incompetence, of just how this poorly staffed administration is so ill prepared, so misinformed, so uneducated, and so amateur in affairs of state.

How can America be seen as a solid ally when we have an American President and Vice President stating time and again on the world stage their misinformed and revisionist history like statesmen in pampers.

Polish American relations reached their zenith with Lech Walesa , John Paul II and Ronald Reagan. It has reached its nadir with this President whose views on the world are so clueless and so perverted. In his revisionist history, it's as if the iron curtain never existed in his perversion.

When was the last time the word freedom or liberty was included in one of his sordid speeches so long on his perceived inequality and unfairness in the world and so short on basic leadership and life sustaining liberty.

The foreign policies of this President and his administration continue to be a joke, a betrayal to American history and traditions, an embarrassment to Americans at home, and a destabilizing betrayal to long established allies abroad.

This administration's unsettling and shifting sympathies of American foreign policy abroad both political and economic have the whole world anxiously anticipating the results of this election come November.

Why on Earth do Americans vote on sending Democrats to Washington ?

There's no such thing as a Polish-American. There are Americans of Polish descent. Us Polacks aren't hyphenated Americans.

Under Bush, the world may not have liked us but they feared and respected us. Now, they not only don't like us, they also laugh at us.

There are a number if reasons all of which are tied to the type of Education that has gone on, and is still going on, in our schools today.

We have students at all levels from Elementary to Graduate School, who have had no "real American History Classes". In their place they have been enroled in a number of "ethnic history" classes that have nothing to do with the Greatness of this Country nor it's storied accomplishments, since its inception.

Rather they have been taught how the big bad Government has kept these minorities under their control, for years, and only an enlightened Progressive Government can solve the problem.

The average voter today has absolutly no concept as to how Government in the United States, is supposed to work. Mention the term, "Separation of Powers',to people, and most likely you will get a blank stare.

The reason being, ther are few if any Civics Classes in the Curriculum of today's schools.

In the Obama Admnistration we have the culmination, of a number of years of Progressive Influences, within the schools and the press. This all started in the Wilson Administration, and was strengthened during FDR's reign, and further advanced during the Johnson Administretion.

It has been a slow, pervasive and insidious process, but the hard work over the years is beginning to show real results.

We who are old enough to remember the way this Country was in the late 40's through the late 60's, have seen this,accelerated, downward slide, firsthand.

It is quite possibly true that this Election is going to prove, beyond all doubt, the direction the United States of America, will be headed, for rest of it's History.

Sean - I have one hope. That is that our political engine has become so bad, so perverted and so big a failure that people start paying attention to our leadership. I have been surprised lately by some 20 and 30 somethings that have shown both a contempt for our moral degeneration and a desire to right what is wrong. The biggest obstacle is that way too many people that run for higher public office are totally self serving, deceptive, amoral shitstains. If we can begin to constantly turn over Congress by voting out incumbants that might help.

Carlos - You're right. Since Reagan we have had a string of poor quality presidents who have not projected an understandable or positive image of America.

Lech Walesa put it all on the line when he stood up to communism. But to me, the holy trinity in the defeat of soviet communism is Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher and Pope John Paul II.
