Celebrity Matt Damon Retracts Support Of Obama

April 20,2012

Independent Journal

Celebrity Matt Damon, former staunch supporter of President Obama in his 2008 presidential campaign, has now changed his mind.

In the new issue of Elle Magazine, Damon said in the interview, “You know, a one-term president with some balls who actually got stuff done would have been, in the long run of the country, much better.” If Hollywood turns against Obama in 2012 citing a lack of results, 2012 could be a very long and painful year for the President.

“If the Democrats think that they didn’t have a mandate – people are literally without any focus or leadership, just wandering out into the streets to yell right now because they are so pissed off…Imagine if they had a leader,” Damon stated referring to the Occupy Wall Street Movement.

Damon has become increasingly frustrated with the results of this presidency, “A friend of mine said to me the other day, I thought it was a great line, ‘I no longer hope for audacity,’” Damon said in an interview with CNN’s Piers Morgan.

Obama responded to Damon’s criticism saying, “It’s fair to say that when it comes to my presidency, the honeymoon is over…Matt Damon said he’s been disappointed in my performance. Well Matt, I just saw the ‘Adjustment Bureau,’ so…right back atcha buddy.”

Honeymoon? There should be no part of the presidency of the United States of America that is considered a honeymoon, Mr. President. One can only hope the rest of Hollywood shares the sentiments of Damon so stars can help undecided American voters to see the lack of results we have seen from our 44th president.

Wild Thing's comment.......

LOL I love this, It is not that Matt will be voting for Romney, Matt is a far, far leftie. But if he does not vote it will be better for our country and each non vote for Obama is a vote for Romney just as it would be the other way around.

The reason I posted this is not so much about Matt Damon, but watch the video of Obama and how he reacted to being criticized. We all have seen this arrogance many times. One would think he would have kept his ugly mouth shut and not said anything...take the high ground. But Obama does not have any high ground in his entire soul.

Damon is disappointed that Obama hasn't changed the US into a socialist country which will lead to communism.

We've never had a President like this that publicly singles out American citizens, and by name, with coarse, disparaging and derogatory remarks just like the Koch brothers of Koch Industries in Wichita, Kansas.

His supporters are delusional when they describe him as so highly intellectual and above it all, when absent any leadership character, he really is quite base and divisive appealing to the basest of human emotions in his prepared public remarks.

During the 1960 election, there were still some Americans complaining about Herbert Hoover and the Great Depression from thirty years earlier.

With his signature healthcare legislation being declared unconstitutional or it being repealed, all his other failures, his protracted ineffectiveness at home and abroad, and his inability to lead, this President will serve well as a prime example of who/what not to elect to the White House.

Thirty years from now, he will be the Herbert Hoover Americans will be complaining about as there will consequences, and severe consequences, to these trillions of dollars in public debt he's run up that simply must be dealt with and serviced.

With elections in less than 200 days, this President is well on his way out.

With no record to run on, want to see how desperate his supporters are ?

Watch here how this miserable, guilt ridden Chris Matthews group that wallows in sloth and deceit, who see all life through the prism of race, fraught and forlorn, plea for Americans to be reluctant to dump the first black President:

The very fact that this President chooses to get into a public argument with a private citizen, speaks volumes of just who and what he is.

A narcissistic, petty, power hungry individual, with all the class of a elementary school student.

A real man of character would have said, "no comment", or ignorerd the issue altogether.

200 days and counting.
