Rev. Franklin Graham talking about Gov. Sarah Palin

Rev. Franklin Graham talking about Gov. Sarah Palin and her recent trip with him to Haiti to check on the Cholera Crisis there and to raise awareness about the tremendous needs there.

Graham praised Palin for the way she showed compassion to the suffering people in Haiti:

“She came in with her smile. She would sit on the cots – now you have to understand, a Cholera Clinic – these cots have been soaked in urine and fecal matter, and vomit – Cholera is a horrible thing – and she just sat right there in the middle of it, holding people’s hands, talking to people, holding babies. It was an amazing thing. She is quite a lady, and she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty. . . . She is a person that has a heart that has tremendous compassion for people. She loves people, and she cares deeply about people.”

Graham said that Palin has a very strong faith, and is a committed follower of Jesus Christ.

Wild Thing's comment........

To get that kind of compliment from the Graham family is not easily earned. Franklin saw love in action.

Franklin Graham is so great, too.

He and his Samaritan's Purse have been going to Haiti for decades, and long before it became popular.

Like his father, he is well educated in matters of faith and religion. Franklin Graham has never backed down from his description of Islam as, "wicked and evil". A learned man of courage with straight talk, he knows what he's talking about. Within Islam, they cannot police their own. Besides, when have you ever seen or heard of a group of Muslims doing charitable work for others in need ?

While others play to the cameras in passing, Samaritan's Purse has been doing their work quietly and effectively, there for the long run, when the need is real, and particularly now when this cholera has killed more than the storms and earthquakes combined. That's the real situation seen by solid men like Franklin Graham, and not seen or heard in our media:

Why does our MSM seem to despise people with faith? The media ridiculed Ronald Reagan and George W Bush for their public acknowledgements of their faith. And yet phony "reverands" like Sharpton and Jesse Jackson get a free ride.

More power to Franklin Graham and Sarah Palin for their commitment to God.

His office is close to where our son attends RTS in Charlotte. What a LIVING saint if there ever was one, and W and Laura was there a few days ago!

Carlos, thank you so much for the videos.

Tom, I noticed that too, I have always wondered why too. Maybe it is they don't want to be reminded they are not perfect or something. It is odd how MSM is about people with faith.

Darth, oh wow thanks for sharing about that. God bless you Darth and your family.

I love Sarah Palin's show in Alaska. All politics aside, she has the correct attitude I look for in women on the subject of the outdoors, hunting and fishing, engaging her children and family. Todd is a lucky man. The fact I'm going gold mining (with a little fishin' thrown in) in Nome, Alaska in July hasn't hurt my interest either!
