This is so far out and outrageous that now I have to wonder what the obama group will come up with next to harm America. The unions were all but dead before obama came to the WH. Now he is forcing them onto America. I am one of many Americans that has no use for unions and their thugary and criminal ways.

obama is going to walk hand in hand with the UN to take away our freedoms in America. obama is a Marxist.

Have to disagree with you Tom. Unions were not close to being dead. Their influence had been reduced, but they were not dead.

I live in a state, California, which has, been completely taken over, politically, by the Public Employee Unions. They influence almost every decision that is made in Sacramento.

They and their regulations, which are passed by the Legislature , almost unanimously, are one of the main reasons why California is rapidly losing Businesses, both large and small.

On the news, just the other day, one Union or a group of Unions, made an announcement that they were withdrawing some Radio and Television commercials, promoting Jerry Brown. The reason being, that they were only aired to ensure that Brown did not get passed by Whitman, in the polls. That being accomplished, they saw no further need.

The Union spokesman on that interview stated that there are number of states that do not allow for the formation of public employee unions. It would be interesting to see what the business climate, both large and small, is in those States.

I would be willing to guess that many of the Businesses leaving California, are headed in that direction.

We don't even want to go to, this latest move by Barry Sotero, where he trotted out that known thug, in an effort to promote unions.

I was watching the "World at War" last night they were telling about how Hitler came to power. There was some strife at some factory and one of his early enemies,(Rohm) wanted to boycott the factory, Hitler said no and told the workers to strike they did, the next day he disbanned the Union.

Thats how important these trade unions, unions really are, get them into office then they get theirs only these usefull idiots won't see the light until they are disbanned.

Communism sux.

Mark, excellent choice if you're watching the "World at War" 1970's British documentary series on World War II.

An excellent co-read for a true and comprehensive understanding of the events that lead up to, during, and immediately after the war in this long epic series production is the companion book, "The World at War" by Mark Arnold-Forster.

(Joseph Stalin was the communist.)
