Civil Rights Attorney Bartle Bull Reacts To Former DOJ Attorney On Black Panther Case

Black Panthers racism: Obama defiles Martin Luther King death and voter rights legacy

Examiner Tampa Bay

"It's a staggering outrage... Martin Luther King died to help people to vote," said Civil Rights Attorney Bartle Bull to Megyn Kelly, anchor of American Live for Fox News . Speaking of how Obama's lack of action to protect voters from intimidation defiles the death and legacy of King, Bartle despairs that "The President of the United States, Mr. Obama, has violated his oath of office to enforce the laws of the United States because he's not enforcing the voting rights act - which he swore to do..."

Of attacks on the integrity of Christian Adams, a former DOJ attorney now exposing what he describes as secret racist DOJ mandate, "that no voter intimidation case, is going to be prosecuted, from this point forward, if the defendant is black and the victim is white." Bartle says such a mandate evidenced by handling of New Black Panthers case, denied by the Obama administration, would be against everything Martin Luther King fought and died to prevent.

"Voter intimidation... Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy did not die to have uniformed thugs blocking the doors of polling places with weapons. And for the first time in our lifetime, the national administration is protecting the abusers instead of the voters" stressed Bull candidly putting forth , "I didn't like Obama from the beginning. I thought he was a hustler; and I think he still is."

When people risked their lives to vote in Mississippi, Bartle was there. "I have the same agenda I had in 1960 in Mississippi, the same agenda I had in 1968 when I was Robert Kennedy's New York campaign manager, the same agenda I had when was Jimmy Carter's New York campaign manager, and that is to have decent and intelligent government and fair voting all over the country, " explained Bartle while holding a treasured gold medal given to him by Senator Edward Kennedy in 2003.

Bartle added "It leaves us in a terrible situation where the government is deciding what laws to enforce based on its political opposition in the next election. And I think this next election will be very dangerous because all of those illegal ACORN voters are still on the rolls all over the country, and now we are going to be intimidated from challenging their false votes."

He says finally, "...publicity is very important because the light of day does not encourage this kind of behavior. But, the real problem is that we now have hundreds of thousands of illegal voters who are registered or are being registered right now and they're intimidating the challenges to those votes in the future".

As the White House continues to deny this even merits their attention, public opinion must shine the "light of day" on the New Black Panthers case to assure voter intimidation doesn't prevail in Elections 2010.

Obama must answer with justice to a mandate, now tainted with racism, denying white voters the same voting protections provided for black voters. America must not allow this flagrant New Black Panther violation to King's legacy to defile the dream that drove King's life, the dream he died for - every citizen's right to vote free of intimidation.

Wild Thing's comment.......

Be sure to see and hear what he says at 5:05 where he says he did not vote for Obama he felt he was a hustler and stll does. He voted for McCain/Palin and he is a lifelong democrat.

This is a tremendous interview. Bartle Bull, a 60's era civil rights lawyer declaring obama a hustler. It is also eye opening that the Black Panthers tried to intimidate him in a court room.

Those hundreds of thousands of illegal voters are a major problem. They could have turned several elections such as the Senatorial race in Minnesota and the Governors race in Wash state. We rely on the DOJ to prevent these type of voters, but now that department seems to be staffed by obama appointed crooks.

I agree TomR,
This is the most corrupt administration in America's history and must be changed starting Nov. 2, 2010. Obama makes me sick along with all of his cohorts.

As much as I disliked Bobby Kennedy, one thing is for sure they had a cause that they believed in and fought for it. Justice was their cause and justice for all not just a few and blind eyes to other crimes.

Tom I agree, my jaw dropped while listening to it and knowing who this man is and a lifelong dem, the whole thing.

BobA., it sure is, it has got to be the most corrupt our country has ever had.

Mark, that is true.
