Obama Ignores D-Day Anniversary – Muslim FREAK in WH Goes to Theatre Party Instead

On June 6, 1944, the D-Day invasion of Europe took place during World War II as Allied forces stormed the beaches of Normandy, France. America lost 2,499 of its finest men that day.

BUT the freak in the White House....................Goes to Gala At Ford Theatre................

The White House website has nothing posted on the 66th Anniversary of the D-Day landing.

Drudge Report

He was attending his second party this week, tonight at the Ford Theatre.

According to the Ford’s Theatre website, the event tonight is described as follows:

Ford’s Theatre Society will host its annual gala on Sunday, June 6, 2010, at Ford’s Theatre (511 10th Street NW). The evening’s performance, titled “America Celebrates July 4th at Ford’s Theatre,” will be taped for broadcast on the ABC Television Network to air July 2, 2010 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET). Modern Family cast member Ty Burrell hosts a star-studded program with appearances by Kelly Clarkson, Renee Fleming, George Lopez, Lionel Richie, Robin Roberts, Dick Van Dyke, Laura Michelle Kelly and Gavin Lee from the Broadway Company of “Mary Poppins,” the Soldiers’ Chorus of the United States Army Field Band, and cast members from the Ford’s Theatre production of “Little Shop of Horrors.”

Obama will also be honoring far left Bush-basher and Jew-hater Archbishop Desmond Tutu at the gala.

Barack Obama said Sunday the legacy of the nation's founding fathers has inspired freedom-seeking people around the globe for generations, including those rebuilding South Africa after the end of apartheid.

Obama addressed an enthusiastic crowd at the annual Ford's Theatre gala Sunday, where South African Archbishop Desmond Tutu and South African Constitutional Court Justice Albie Sachs received the theater's Lincoln Medal.

"There are few people so deserving of the Lincoln Medal," Obama said of the two honorees.

Tutu spoke of the global need for peace and respect and spoke of the current conflicts in the Middle East.

"Security is not something that comes from the barrel of a gun," he told the crowd.

Wild Thing's comment.......

DAMN Obama to hell I HATE HIM!

They didn't even have a mention of D-Day Anniversary at the WH website. How can this be real that we have someone so EVIL so horrible so pathetic, so filled with all things American and hater of our Veterans and our troops to even be able to run for office. God I will never get over the shock of what has happened.

Ronald Reagan (June 6, 1984) "Speech at Pointe de Hoc, Normandy":

"We're here to mark that day in history when the Allied peoples joined in battle to reclaim this continent to liberty. For four long years, much of Europe had been under a terrible shadow. Free nations had fallen, Jews cried out in the camps, millions cried out for liberation. Europe was enslaved, and the world prayed for its rescue. Here in Normandy the rescue began. Here the Allies stood and fought against tyranny in a giant undertaking unparalleled in human history.
We stand on a lonely, windswept point on the northern shore of France. The air is soft, but forty years ago at this moment, the air was dense with smoke and the cries of men, and the air was filled with the crack of rifle fire and the roar of cannon. At dawn, on the morning of the 6th of June 1944, 225 Rangers jumped off the British landing craft and ran to the bottom of these cliffs. Their mission was one of the most difficult and daring of the invasion: to climb these sheer and desolate cliffs and take out the enemy guns. The Allies had been told that some of the mightiest of these guns were here and they would be trained on the beaches to stop the Allied advance.
The Rangers looked up and saw the enemy soldiers -- at the edge of the cliffs shooting down at them with machine-guns and throwing grenades. And the American Rangers began to climb. They shot rope ladders over the face of these cliffs and began to pull themselves up. When one Ranger fell, another would take his place. When one rope was cut, a Ranger would grab another and begin his climb again. They climbed, shot back, and held their footing. Soon, one by one, the Rangers pulled themselves over the top, and in seizing the firm land at the top of these cliffs, they began to seize back the continent of Europe. Two hundred and twenty-five came here. After two days of fighting only ninety could still bear arms.
Behind me is a memorial that symbolizes the Ranger daggers that were thrust into the top of these cliffs. And before me are the men who put them there.
These are the boys of Pointe du Hoc. These are the men who took the cliffs. These are the champions who helped free a continent. These are the heroes who helped end a war..."

Barack Obama (June 6, 2010): "Uh, I wanna listen to uh...Lionel Ritchie sing, and uh...Kelly...uh....Clarkson. There's uh...uh...oil spilling in the Gulf, but I'm gonna uh...play some hoops tomorrow while those typical white people in the Gulf...uh...lose their jobs."

Yes WT,
Obama is pathetic. He is a most despicable creature and a disgrace to the office of the Presidency.

Think maybe Obama's lack of concern for the Gulf States is because they have Republican governors?

Why would Obama care about the D-Day Invasion? After all, they weren't his countrymen who fought and died on those beaches.

It's not just Obama, it's his entire staff of advisors.
You would think that someone, somewhere on the White Staff would have grasped the significance of the historic day and event, and at least suggested to the Faux President that he should make some comment.
Neither this fraud in the White House or any member of his inner circle has any knowledge or sense of the history of this Great Nation.
