That partially explains the additional 30% of that vehicles costs.
As a client I and two others worked at a Cleveland UAW plant to meet a shipping deadline while the union workers boogied for Christmas and New Years, over 3 weeks of paid holiday without a care in the world about prior shipping commitments. Their cavalier attitude has cost them the goose that laid the golden egg.
