Largest Newspaper in Poland Questions Obama's Eligibility to be President

Polish Press Raises Questions about Obama's Eligibility to be President

Saturday, March 28, 2009

Rzeczpospolita

Below is rough translation of the article into English:

Rzeczpospolita is one of Poland's largest daily newspapers

Is Obama Eligible to be President?

The Conservative organization "Defend Our Freedoms" has sent documents questioning the legality of Barack Obama's presidency to the Supreme Court and Justice Department.

Some conservatives have been claiming for many months that Obama is ineligible to be President. They refer to an article in the US Constitution that the President cannot be a naturilized citizen who was not born in the territory of the USA.

Acording to his official biography, Obama was born in Hawaii, but according to the above-mentioned sources, Kenya (where his father comes from) is the true location of his birth. His mother was born an American, but according to these theories, she couldn't transfer her citizenship to him because she was not of age when Obama was born.

Testimony about Obama's birth, established through several sources, gives the impression that Obama came into this world in Hawaii, which in 1961, when he was born, was already the 50th state of the USA.

Wild Thing's comment..........

Rzeczpospolita in Polish means "Republic" - thank you to red hot righit for the information.

God bless these people for wanting to know the truth.

This is exactly one of the major problems right after the worst one of all they no one has been respecting our Constitution. This problem of other countries not signing agreements with our country, bills that are passed and signed that are signed by a fake president. So many things are effected by his being a fake if he does not show proof he has been asked countless times to do.

Gotta love the Poles! They are right, too. His citizenship went with his father, just like the surname. His father was from Kenya, which was under British rule at the time of Obamanation's birth. It matters not if he was born in Hawaii, he was still a British citizen by birth! But that was given up when his mom married Lolo and moved to Indonesia. And how could he have gone to Pakistan in 1981 with an American passport? It wasn't allowed at that time. He would have to have another passport from a country that allowed travel to Pakistan. He is not eligible.
If my father had been born in Ireland and I was born here, I would be a British and Irish citizen by birth and thus, ineligible to run myself for President. Congress and Senate, yes, President, no.

This Polish paper has more guts than our spineless media who have nothing but praise for this guy. Perhaps the honeymoon is going to end soon.

Damn right Bob A. If this was a Repub president the media would be all over every accusation, rumor and failing.

The media may come around a bit yet though. Obama is ripe with controversies and it is difficult for the media to turn down a feeding frenzy.

Lynn, that is interesting. That is the same for Nicholas, with his mom and dad both being born in Greece and then they came here and Nicholas was born here.
