The sound so sweet, Thwap thwap Thwap thwap Thwap thwap, the guide throws out goofy grape, echoed back as "AFFIRMATIVE" , wind whipping faces, the 11 Bravos hoist the boy cum MAN into the open door, screams Bobby: "TAKE CARE OF MY BEST FREIND!"... With the Cyclic, Collective, Pedals and Throttle as extensions of their limbs, the humble Sky Saviors pull pitch, and "Get the Fuck Outta Here", in the dual effort to save the themselves, and more so the grunt, as that is their burden. The anxious seconds pass, hands quickly lift upon the gurney the boyMAN whose life, as so many before, and hence, have been saved by the Sky Soldiers, Pilot, Co-Pilot, Gunner and Crew Chief, they how are everlastingly bonded. The boyMan now has children grown, a wife plump and haughty, a white beard and memories, many fond, many not so, but always is THANKFUL to men whose name he never knew.........
