Joe Biden Terrified of An Obama Presidency and Shows How McCain Is Better In Crisis!

This one is an updated video has a few more statements included but a little harder to hear.

Biden to Supporters: "Gird Your Loins", For the Next President "It's Like Cleaning Augean Stables"

abc news

Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., on Sunday guaranteed that if elected, Sen. Barack Obama., D-Ill., will be tested by an international crisis within his first six months in power and he will need supporters to stand by him as he makes tough, and possibly unpopular, decisions.

"Mark my words," the Democratic vice presidential nominee warned at the second of his two Seattle fundraisers Sunday. "It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We're about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy."
"I can give you at least four or five scenarios from where it might originate," Biden said to Emerald City supporters, mentioning the Middle East and Russia as possibilities. "And he's gonna need help. And the kind of help he's gonna need is, he's gonna need you - not financially to help him - we're gonna need you to use your influence, your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it's not gonna be apparent initially, it's not gonna be apparent that we're right."

Not only will the next administration have to deal with foreign affairs issues, Biden warned, but also with the current economic crisis.

"Gird your loins," Biden told the crowd. "We're gonna win with your help, God willing, we're gonna win, but this is not gonna be an easy ride. This president, the next president, is gonna be left with the most significant task. It's like cleaning the Augean stables, man. This is more than just, this is more than – think about it, literally, think about it – this is more than just a capital crisis, this is more than just markets. This is a systemic problem we have with this economy."
"I've forgotten more about foreign policy than most of my colleagues know, so I'm not being falsely humble with you. I think I can be value added, but this guy has it," the Senate Foreign Relations chairman said of Obama. "This guy has it. But he's gonna need your help. Because I promise you, you all are gonna be sitting here a year from now going, 'Oh my God, why are they there in the polls? Why is the polling so down? Why is this thing so tough?' We're gonna have to make some incredibly tough decisions in the first two years. So I'm asking you now, I'm asking you now, be prepared to stick with us. Remember the faith you had at this point because you're going to have to reinforce us."
"There are gonna be a lot of you who want to go, 'Whoa, wait a minute, yo, whoa, whoa, I don't know about that decision'," Biden continued. "Because if you think the decision is sound when they're made, which I believe you will when they're made, they're not likely to be as popular as they are sound. Because if they're popular, they're probably not sound."

Biden emphasized that the mountainous Afghanistan-Pakistan border is of particular concern, with Osama bin Laden "alive and well" and Pakistan "bristling with nuclear weapons."

"You literally can see what these kids are up against, our kids in that region," Biden said in recalling when his helicopter was forced down due to a snowstorm there. "The place is crawling with al Qaeda. And it's real."
"We do not have the military capacity, nor have we ever, quite frankly, in the last 20 years, to dictate outcomes," he cautioned. "It's so much more important than that. It's so much more complicated than that. And Barack gets it."

After speaking for just over a quarter of an hour, Biden noticed the media presence in the back of the small ballroom.

"I probably shouldn't have said all this because it dawned on me that the press is here," he joked.
"All kidding aside, these guys have left us in a God-awful place," he then said of the Bush regime, promptly wrapping up his remarks. "We have the ability to straighten it out. It's gonna take a little bit of time, so I ask you to stay with us. Stay with us."

Wild Thing's comment.........

I know Biden is a gaffe machine, but THIS sounds almost like sabotage of the Obama campaign! Keep it coming Joe!!

If the FBI truly is doing a full background on Obama, can you imagine the size of the file and what’s in it? It’s got to scare the living daylights out of the agents doing it.

LOL Biden doing an ad for McCain. The Hamas endorses Obama, the PLO endorses Obama. Now let's see. If you don't want a crisis, elect John McCain, because everybody knows that none of these foreign goverments want to test their luck (they'd be suicidal) by attacking us with McCain at the helm.

Joe Biden, you just torpedoed your candidate!!!

Biden acknowledged that Obama’s lack of foreign-policy experience will provoke America’s enemies into creating an international crisis. Biden apparently thinks this is just terrific. hahaa And it's not just that it's the fact that Barack Hussein Obama hates America and hates capitalism, and sympathizes with our enemies, and wants to see America taken down a peg because it is still predominantly white and capitalistic.

Not a genuine crisis, but a generated one ... when it occurs, we'd better have the demands of what did 0bama know and when did he know it -- if this isn't telegraphing, I don't know what is.

Obama’s friends, the sleeper cells, are ready and waiting to do their part.

And another thought, is this Biden's idea of preparing everyone for Martial law or something?

"and he will need supporters to stand by him as he makes tough, and possibly unpopular, decisions."

I wonder what kind of unpopular decisions he will make in that Biden has to already ask supporters to stand by him?

You think this crisis may be of a proportion in that Obama may have to declair Martial Law? Will the Constitution be suspended and all private ownership of firearms be outlawed? Will they confiscate firearms? How about the need for warrants? Will Obama squads kick your door in during the night to search for outlawed "things"? Will all phone calls be monitored? Maybe he will outlaw all Conservative talk radio and media?

Well, this make me feel more secure to vote for Obama. Countries that don't have to test McCain will, according to Biden (who is so smart and experienced to be President himself), be compelled to test the inexperienced anti-American and anti-war Obama to see how far they can push him and the country.

To quote Biden, the gift that keeps on giving, “It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. " Well, JFK had more experience than Obama in the Senate and screwed up the Bay of Pigs on Day One, talked with Krushchev which was followed by the Cuban Missile Crisis, introduced advisors (troops) to Vietnam, and allowed the Berlin Wall to be erected. We are still suffering the consequences decades later. Instead of answering questions about Palin being qualified to be president, McCain should be questioning the high risk and damage to the country if Obama is elected. The country needs to be afraid of Obama and not that there is no real problem if he gets elected as McCain implied answering a question from Chris Wallace yesterday.

Well since I guess his plane isn't going to crash, I'll now hope that the messiah suffers an aortic aneurysm that is inoperable.

And to think they could have had Hillary. Talk about a boneheaded move--picking THAT ONE. Biden is more fun than a speckled pup when he gets a chance to "intellectualize."

This is really against my nature to do, but what the heck, the gloves are off since they've picked on Cindy and Sarah and Bristol. (and I didn't write it) But it's dern funny, you betcha!

You have to see the pictures and read the comments so I'll just leave a snip. BTW the guy who runs Hillbuzz is a close friend and neighbor of the guy who runs Chicagoans Against Obama. I find these Hillary Supporters for McCain to be fantastic sources, because they are determined as we are to make sure Obama doesn't win.

Anyway, from Hillbuzz http://hillbuzz.wordpress.com/2008/10/20/some-good-news-for-michelle-obama-today/

Biden is sinking into senility. A heartbeat away from the Presidency. He might just be worse than Obama in the No. 1 seat. Be afraid.

I'm still expecting a great windfall to boost McCain in the last days.

Posted by: horace at October 20, 2008 07:07 PM

Looks like I'm getting there ahead of Biden. I don't know what this Dell is doing. Thankfully I have an HP that won't send multiple comments. Please forgive me for this dumb stunt.

Posted by: horace at October 20, 2008 07:10 PM

Gee, and all this time i thought biden was normal, senility would be a refreshing change for Joe 'Hair-plug'. And they are worried about Sarah being too close to the Presidency ? If Biden got hold of the 'football' he might take it literally and try to throw it to somebody.

Posted by: Mark at October 20, 2008 07:21 PM

Perhaps I am an alarmist, but BobF could be right, I am afraid that either by "backing" us into a war (most likely with a sneak attack on Pakistan , a country which BHO has IMHO already helped destablize as a result of his rash outbursts) or by "manufacturing " a mountain from a molehill - the Obamassiah will force Americans to choose sides and those who question the new "Dear Leader" in public will be branded "unAmerican" . The sort of draconian steps alluded to by BobF would than begin. Be Afraid-Be Very Afraid!!!

Posted by: Willy at October 20, 2008 07:39 PM

I first thought Obama screwed up by picking a boring running mate. Heck, it looks like Old Joe and his gaffes are pretty darn exciting. Maybe both vice presidential candidates will help McCain win.

I'm off posting again, but come to think of it what better place for this!!!

About Contact Archives RSS Columns Photos Michelle Malkin Help lift up a wounded soldier
By Michelle Malkin • October 20, 2008 09:27 PM Ok, here is my birthday plea:

Please help out PFC Hunter Levine. My friend Debra Burlingame sends word that his friends, family, and fellow soldiers are asking for support.

Read:

I know a young man who is in desperate need of help. His name is PFC Hunter Levine. He is 20 years old and hails from Houston, TX.

He was in my company and was wounded on 9 May, 2008 while conducting combat operations in East Baghdad. He received a very serious injury to his face, resulting in the loss of his entire bone structure, mouth, nose, and vision.

He was evacuated to Walter Reed Hospital where the doctors performed numerous surgeries to repair his face. I was fortunate enough to attend a Purple Heart Ceremony at Walter Reed while I was home on leave in June. I was also able to meet with Hunter’s father Beau.

Hunter was then transferred to a VA hospital in Palo Alto, where the best care for his vision would be available. He is a true fighter with a heart of gold.

Bad News

Unfortunately, I received some bad news from the hospital doctors. Lately, he has been resisting treatment and being somewhat combative with the hospital staff. He has had a few outbursts and the staff is real worried about him. It seems like a serious case of depression is setting in.

Although his wounds on the outside may look bad, they may never compare with the wounds he has on the inside.

I spoke with him on the phone this evening, and he seemed real down. The reality is that he still has a long road to recover and may never see again. This young man has everything to live for and is a true inspiration. He is exactly the kind of person we would all want in a brother, son, or friend. I feel obligated to try and rally some support for him. I know we have a lot of caring people out there who would love to do something special for an outstanding American who gave his all for his country.

Call to Action

If you know of any church groups, school room classes, or other benevolent organizations that would be interested in assisting this brave young man, please forward this message on to them.

He is a pretty typical young man, so he likes sports and other typical young men stuff. A small care package with some goodies and such would mean the world.

Again, please forward this message to as many people as you know. It would be so great if we can all give way together and show Hunter that his country will never forget his sacrifices or service. He is down and needs our help.

Thank you for your support, it means everything.

Aren't we getting ahead of our selves here. The election is still two week away. I don't believe the polls. I don't believe obama is ahead anywhere. the meida is convinced of an obama win, When has the media been right about anything.

All these polls, and the numbers always come out in obamas favor, isn't any one just a bit curious about why this is so. Somewhere I read, 80% of poll respondants do NOT lie to polls and if you believe that I got some great swamp land in Florida you might want to look at. If that was the case Gore would have won in 00, Kerry in 04 and in Reagan's first land slide, where Carter conceded the race at 8 pm Reagan was behind in the polls.

Get a grip people you are letting the media control your feelings about how this is going to turn out. Remember, in the evening of the last election, they had Kerry by a landslide early in the evening based on Exit polls, and what happened...Kerry conceded the next morning. So much for accuracy in what the media believes or for that matter ever reports.

They are trying to scare us into not voting at all, after according to them it already over. It's not. Peelosey wants to call congress back before christmas for a stimulus package. This is a game to convince us that it is over. We are falling prey to their hype. Everything, the press does and democrats now is all orchestrated to stave of the Republican vote. /....Don't let this happen...When we vote we win...

Oh and Cuchi eddie, I know where we can get a couple of Red-eyes. May make the dream come true.

When we vote, we win.

I thought a Biden was some fancy fixture in a french shithouse.

Thanks Tincan, that's truly a sad scene. But for we who have seen the injured it is all too often that they get depressed and unruly. We must pray for him and aid in any way. That depression can strike at any time in a lifetime. My dear friend of 3-1/2 years who worked as a civilian in our shop before we deployed in '68 was a WWII paratrooper, disabled in a jump. Shortly after we deployed we got word that he took his own life, we were his only family and he treated us kids like we were his own.

Mark is 100% spot on, it's that old 'if a lie is told often enough it's believable'. The best thing we can do is vote, and hand Obama his head on Nov 5.

Posted by: Jack at October 21, 2008 12:58 AM

BobF, haha I just think it is stupid, very stupid on Bidens part. He is losing it or something. I bet Obama called him after that and had a nice little talk with him.

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:14 AM

Les, yes your right..... Biden is the the gift that keeps on giving. I always wonder what will be next out of his mouth. haha

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:17 AM

Eden, LMAO that is great, thank you.

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:19 AM

Horace, I agree, I don't believe the polls. I think it is closer then the stupid media wants to let on.

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:21 AM

Horace, giggle.....that happens to me too. I took off the extra ones.

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:23 AM

Mark, LOL , yes don't you just love it how Sarah and McCain too are steady and just keep doing that they have to do...hahahaa and Biden is flipping out with this kind of stuff.

"And they are worried about Sarah being too close to the Presidency?"

The Rallies for Sarah have been awesome and even the ones for McCain have increased like crazy for him compared to what they were before.

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:27 AM

Willy , Biden is a nut job, he is the one freaking out and there is no reason for anyone else to do the same.

The main thing is to vote for McCain and Sarah Palin and they will take care of protecting our country. McCain would put fear in terrorists ten fold compared to the limp wrist Muslim lover Obama.

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:30 AM

Tom, I agree, this is much more fun with Biden in the mix. I sure don't want Biden and Obama to win, but in the meantime at least Biden offers his gaffee's galore.

Maybe Joe Biden had a bad dream and realized the reality of an Obama as President. hahaaahaha

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:33 AM

Tincan Sailor, thank you for letting us know about PFC Hunter Levine.

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:37 AM

Mark, about your other comment. Thank you so much. I replied to the first comment you made but I wanted to thank you so much for the second one too.

I feel confident in what I have been seeing with McCain and Sarah Palin.

Biden is a nut case and he can't scare me, he is the one that is afraid and he should be. haha He is voting for Obama and Obama will not be hard on any one that attacks us.

I agree get out and vote for McCain and Sarah Palin.

Posted by: Wild Thing at October 21, 2008 02:42 AM

Jack that is so sad about your friend. I am so very sorry, it is so hard to have a loss like that.

We do not come to israel, as that is honestly the last place I prefer to visit prior to being deceased. So you also hate Jews. Gosh you are one fucking asshole aren't you to hate Jews like you do.

Now go fuck yourself and your God damn candidate Barack Hussein Obama!!!!! You both hate the Jews.
