The airevac services and their crews are a true life saving service. They can provide intensive care to wounded/injured servicepeople as they transport them to specialized care in the US from anywhere in the world.

A lot of effort and resources are devoted to military medical care and it is worth every penny.

Thank you WT and Tom. From dustoff to field triage, through air evacuation to the rear hospitals then stateside our medical personnel are the best. A special thank you to that non medical person where it all starts, the Dustoff pilot.

I wonder if Barack Hussein Obama knows this side of the America that he is constantly trashing and in the need of change. I'm guessing the answer is "No" combined with he doesn't care either.

These people and what they do as well as the military concern and support is one more reason why I am proud of my country.

Tom, thank you so much Tom. I met a few of the crew on one of the airevac services and they were awesome people.

I agree so much with what you said.

Jack, yes they really are fantastic.

Les, I agree, Obama could care less about learning or knowing about these things about our military. He is an insult to what an American is.
