Glenn Beck's Iowa/Huckabee/Romney Take

Wild Thing's comment.........

Glenn Beck had surgery and that is why he is in bed doing this video above. My understanding is that it was some sort of back surgery, and it didn't go well. The pain and associated medication for it was what nearly drove him to suicide.

Back pain is bad pain.

The spinal column is an incredible creation. "Fearfully and wonderfully made." When it's not working right it can be incredibly painful.

From his website.........

“Glenn Beck has filmed a monologue on the apparently botched surgery he had and posted it on YouTube. He talks about contemplating suicide because of pain. He calls his care at a yet-to-be-named hospital “phenomenal, phenomenally bad.”

He went on, “I have stories that will melt your brain.” The hospital in question also apparently takes care of, says Beck, “the President of GE”.

He’s off the air this week and back on Monday. The YouTube ramble is a tease for his return. He also posted a note on his website that ends, “Join me [Monday] for my NEW PERSPECTIVE ON LIFE, OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AND BLOOD SHOOTING FROM PLACES BLOOD SHOULD NOT SHOOT OUT OF.”

I wish Glenn Beck the best on his back pain, it's a lifelong endurance and I respect the man. He touched on hypocrisy in the video, a prevalent trait even touching the man of the cloth. What's best for me, not what's best for my country, nor what will the legacy for personal liberty and freedom be?
When one looks at the blind followers of the spinsters it's hard to criticize the mohammedan's for their 'blind faith' in the dead cult leader when the populace idolizes the celebrity status of the proclaimed leaders instead of their proven abilities then they rally in the same manner to their own "blind BDS cult" of support as srtrong as that of the muzzy in their declared fatwa's.
Rush Limbauh succinctly summed it up in one line. "Single-issue can cause people to end up choosing or supporting somebody, something, some candidate that is truly anathema to the rest of the lives that they lead." I believe that and I believe that we have the same old choice, the lesser of the evils.

I too wish Glen all the best. I've gotten to the point of watching his show on CNN and I never watch CNN, instead of Hannity and that idiot Allen Colmes. At least Glen's guests get to get a word in.

Does anyone know why Glen had the surgery ? Was it elective or an emergency type deal ?

Jack so true!! That is exactly what we are facing now. My first choice Duncan Hunter is only a wish now, oh how I wish he was in there in the top 4 even would have some hope.

Thompson can't do it either and he would be my second choice.

All the rest, well they make my heart hurt and feel sick.
