Walk With A Hero Sherman Jones


Spade High School is closing its doors for good. Walking with the last graduating class is a man who left Spade High School over 50 years ago - Sherman Jones

This is so moving and very special. I love things like this and how they honored Sherman Jones. America is the greatest country and people like this are the reason why. These students know what our freedom cost and is costing even today. It is a part of who they are and that is something that NO one can take away.

God bless Sherman Jones, all these students and their teachers.

WT.........OMG........Thank you sooooooo much for posting this!!!!! It truly is AWESOME!!!!! This is what the United States is all about....people like Sherman who gave freely and unselfishly of themselves so we could have what we do today!!!! And watching and listening to those graduating students as they speak of Sherman...WOW!!!!!!! Gives a person hope that there are still GREAT Americans out there!!! Spade obviously set the standard for the rest of this country!!! What an honor!!!!! God Bless them all!!!!! And God Bless our troops today for all that they do for us.......We all owe them more than we will ever be able to repay!!! Thank you again!!!!

Awesome, just awesome. Thank you both, Tom and WT for posting this. What a touching tribute to Sherman. If you know a WWII or Korean vet learn all you can from them, they are passing fast. Thanks Sherman Jones

Jack they are passing fast.
Where we live there are a lot of Veterans and several I have met from WW1. What an honor it was to meet them.
