Hunter On O'Reilly About The Fence and Petraeus

Duncan Hunter with Bill O'Reilly (September 11th) ....discusses Illegals, the fence and General Petraeus.

Wild Thing's comment........

Good answers from a good man.

O'Reilly is the typical ass that he is, but Hunter did a great job. I wish O'Reilly would let him finish a thought instead of cutting him off like he does. But that is O'Reilly and it is his show, I just have to say how I feel about it. haha

Oh I wish Duncan Hunter had a decent chance at becoming President. He is the only truely proven Conservative in the race and the only combat vet. I will earnestly vote for him in the primary, then probably hold my nose and vote for the RNC candidate in the general election.

I am still unsure of Fred Thompson. He sounds good and may be a good Conservative, but Duncan Hunter is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be a true Conservative.

And O'Reilly, UGH!

Hunter is a good man and American and I would vote for him in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I don't think he has a snowballs chance in hell of getting the Republican nomination as he's too Conservative. I think though Thompson has a good chance and I would like to see Thompson and Hunter get together now and run as a team. I think the two of them together could turn things in this country around. If they ran as Independents, I will vote for them as I refuse to vote for the lesser of two evils again, especially if I have an alternative, even if that alternative doesn't have a chance.

Tom I feel the same way. When I think of Hunter I have a calmness inside of me, like my soul relaxes a little and I feel safe.

Fred Thompson has some wonderful things about him, he truly does. But there are some things I am wishing were stronger. I know we can't have everything and I am wanting someone so strong as a conservative....sigh.....time will tell.
