Compare and Contrast

All those considered "top tier" are pro-amnesty, pro-open border, pro-illegals and would put a price on US citizenship rather than enforcing current laws.

Wild Thing's comment........

First let me say this, this video I am showing you is not meant to strike out at our side, the Republican side. It is meant to show quotes of things that have been said by various people running for President in the Republican party for this next election.

I am NOT working for anyone running, this is just to give us a good comparison and contrast at the difference so we can all make the correct decision.

For too long now, we’ve kept electing RINOS because they would change their platform and say what we all wanted them to say. This is the reason the GOP is in the trouble it’s in today imo. We’ve got to elect people with a record that doesn’t need sanitizing.

All I can say at this time is that I never prayed like I am now, for our country and it's future. And also praying that the right person is elected in this next election that will be a strong leader.

So rather than jump on the bandwagon of someone who I think can win, I had much rather vote for the one I think is the best and one which it will actually mean something to conservatives when he does win. I suppose some of us are just tired of supporting the same old same and expecting them to be different, as if by magic, this time.

Prayers for our troops and for our country. We live in the best country in the entire world. She is worth fighting for, protecting and praying for too. She has been good to all of us and given us opportunities like no other country could have done.

I have no idea if Fred Thompson will enter or not. I know he has given a date to announce and we will see.

For right now and I have felt this all along I have confidence in Duncan Hunter, his voting record and the things he has said and never flip flopped.

There are many Veterans groups that are also for Hunter, also Rolling Thunder, Gen. Chuck Yeager, many others.

This whole post is meant as information. There is still a lot of time before we will be asked to vote. I just want to make sure I get information honestly stated on all those on our side running for President. Because this time might be one of the most important elections in my lifetime, and I am just so fed up with rino's.

Well said Chrissie. I'm no longer going to vote for the lesser of two evils. I supported and voted for Bush and now feel like we've been stabbed in the back.

This is why I don't think it matters who wins this time, in '08. The agenda of the Elite, Left and Right is to push through this NAU, SSP and Amnesty for Illegals. The super highway from Mexico to Canada.

When everyone complained about the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill it went down to defeat but that is only the beginning, they moved on to the next item on the agenda, International Trucking. The next administration can push through the Amnesty program. Now suddenly the 'Teamsters' are concerned about American Jobs, for their Union thugs. They are coming to the party a little too late. I would ask where are the other unions, are the Teamsters the only ones in danger of losing jobs ? Whatever happened to the 'Brotherhood of Solidarity', one Union backing another Union, it isn't there. At least not yet.

Clinton, Edwards, Obama, Guilliani, Thomson, Kucinich, Romney, are pretty much signed on to this globalization of our country, there are a half dozen who I am not sure of. This is no longer a party line vote to elect a Republican President, it is a vote to save our sovereignty and our Nation.

If this thing goes ahead as planned, in 5 years we won't recognise our own country.

The hate for Bush, on the left, is going to help propel the left to the Presidency.

Our only hope at this point is a legitimate Third Party candidate, who is an American first and is not related to the Elite.

Our only other option, as I see it, the unknown variable of the Islamofascist, they , can't be controlled. They can't be fed a line of BS and be pushed aside. Like they have been doing to the American People.

I can't vote anymore for the lesser of the two evils, the greatest dissapointment in my life has been G.W. Bush in a choice between the slime of Communism or the GOP. We have been betrayed by our political party, there are 535 members who take an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution. How many honor that commitment? I know exactly how Zell Miller felt when he left the Democrats. As a Republican I have supported the party since I have been old enough to vote having voted one time for a Democrat I learned my lesson about duplicity early. What has changed, the Republicans have, like their counterparts, become self serving hippocrities, preferring to enhance their portfolios and power at the expense of our nation's sovereignty. I have narrowed the field to two but I'm mighty uneasy about even them. What they have all done is treasonous, with an open Socialist caucus inside the Congress and two or more members openly as Socialists in the Senate. There are only three that I see in the GOP that are making any noise about stopping globalization, but they are not in the presidency...yet and I suspect some will be the go along to get along types, that "reach across the aisle" in our defeat.

Bob, thanks Bob, this is just heartbreaking that we can't have someone that is zooming to the top that is a conservative. Hunter is doing ok but only ok and that worries me because he is a real conservative.

Mark yes, most of the ones in the Rep. party are not much different then voting for a Dem.

It used to be so much different, and what gets me, is how so many don't care if the line has gotten thinner seperating the two parties in how different they are. Maybe they have gotten used to selling out just to win I don't know, but it encourages the RNC and GOP to promote more rino's endlessly.

Jack I agree, what they have done is treasonous and they keep getting away with it. Not enough people care, way too many self absorbed people in today's world is one of the reason. Many are just concerned about the next five minutes instead of how so many things effect our country's security, future and sovereignty.

OK folks. I hear what you say and agree with your sentiments, but we must get real. I have been telling people for a long time that the United States is suicidal and stupid in it's liberal, politicly correct, and socialist ways. The worst thing that conservatives and Republicans can do is not support and vote for whoever survives the Republican nominating process.

Do you really want to wake up after election day in November 2008 with a President Hillary Clinton, a Senate with 60 or more Democrats lead by Harry Reid, and a wide majority Democratic House lead by Nancy Pelosi? Abandon ship and that's what you will "elect" to run the country.

The best thing that conservatives can do is rally in large numbers against the Democrats as they have done to us and make them the enemy and not ourselves. We did it with illegal aliens and amnesty and we can keep the pressure on. Democrats and their top tier presidential candidates have already back pedalled on immediately pulling all troops out of Iraq. Keep their feet to the fire and demand to know what their plan is for national security and fighting Islamofascist terrorism.

Now, for the RINOs and candidates with some serious, and not so serious, conservative issue flaws. Hold their feet to the fire too but prioritize your issues and concerns. Do you really want Hillary Clinton appointing all new federal judges including the Supreme Court with a Democratic Senate rubber stamping all of her nominees?

My top two related concerns are national security and illegal immigration. Any of the top tier Republican candidates is far better than any of the Democrats on national security. We already proved that we can influence what is being done regards illegal immigration and amnesty with some first steps going on now with the government using existing laws to go after employers of illegal workers. We need those laws with stronger penalties. Let's keep the communication and pressure on with all Republican candidates but not abandon ship and elect a Democratic-Socialist nanny state that we will NEVER recover from.

Remember, not voting for a Republican, as bad as they may seem to you, is the same as voting for the Democrat. A picture is worth a thousand words, so I direct you to the following to make my point.

I do a copy and paste of the picture in emails to my conservative and some liberal friends.

Duncan Hunter is too much of a Conservative to gain the full support of the Republican National Committee; too many RINO's in positions of power.

Les thanks for the link. That is a perfect logo for Hitlery.

I understand what you are saying. I will never not vote, it is just not in me to stay home. I am just so disappointed that the one I like the best, Duncan Hunter is not getting the push needed. My Republican party keeps moving further to the left all the time. waaaaaaaa

Bob, LOL yes I know ..."Duncan Hunter is too much of a Conservative to gain the full support of the Republican National Committee".......

I just can't help it that I want him to win. Maybe the political angels will hear my prayers. giggle I hope so.

Electability is the name of the game. I want to see and hear more but I think Fred Thompson has a good chance of defeating Hillary Clinton. Maybe we could get Duncan Hunter as VP. He could bring the immigration issue home for the Republicans while Thompson took on Hillary and the Dems across the board. As bad as some Republicans are, we can't concede the election to the Libs. They are much worse.

Hi Les, I just saw this other comment. Sorry I didn't notice it earlier. I think Fred Thompson and Hunter would make an awesome ticket. But I doubt Duncan Hunter would say yes to VP.
But yes Fred Thompson might have a chance at beating out horrible Hillary. She really makes my skin crawl.
