Two suspects charged with aggravated murder in the killing of a Texas teen admitted they came to the United States illegally.

Police said 15-year-old Dani Countryman was trying to fight off Alejandro Rivera Gamboa and his cousin, 23-year-old cousin Gilberto Javier Rivera Gamboa when they strangled her at a Milwaukie apartment in late July.

Alejandro was taken into custody last Saturday on an outstanding warrant for an unrelated probation violation involving drunk driving. The murder charges were later added.

Gilberto Javier Rivera Gamboa was arrested Monday on aggravated murder charges at the Balboa apartment complex where he lives just a few doors from where Countryman was discovered.

The two also faced an immigration hearing after the murder investigation was complete. According to immigration officials, both of the suspects admitted to entering the country illegally six months ago.

"She was only 5 foot and 95 pounds," said 20-year-old Ashley Countryman, the half-sister who found Dani's body the morning after a going-away party. "I don't think they were expecting such a fight out of her."

Wild Thing's comment........

They should take all the stories like this and there are many and put them on the desk of Kennedy, Graham, Bush and all that tired so hard to get the amnesty bill passed.

Hard to believe the RINO I voted for in 04 wants more of this! But why else would he push so hard to pardon 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 criminals!

If you read the events in the death report of this girl you will find that these two murdering SOB's were as callous an any human could be, ranking right up there with the Hussein brothers Uday and Qusay in their cold blooded violence. This is what our globalist politicians want for the people of this nation.

We are expected to just overlook the crimes, culture clash and social services costs. These illegals lower the labor costs of American business and make the profit margins greater. Do any of these business people look a few years down the road to the future to see what the ultimate civil costs will be to unlimited illegal immigration?

Why isn't Johnny sutton, and the Federal Government suing Mexico, for her death.

We have to put up with these animals, it should be open season on them. Shoot on sight.

This is tragic.
If we go to their country, we don't kill their people on a whim.
Just goes to show you, they don't think about the consequences.
They think they can just do whatever they did in their country and we'll be okay with it.

I volunteer to push the button, pull the lever, pull the trigger, etc. And I won't need a hood or anything else to hide my face. In fact, I'd want to be standing right in front of their face when I sent them packing. Scum.

Darth, yes, I wish he would drive himself off a bridge.

Bob they should have a poster in the courtroom that says that when these trials go on.

Posted by: Wild Thing at August 10, 2007 11:57 PM

Rodney A Stanton, yes he does, your right. And that is how it should be said too. It is a pardon that horrible amnesty he wants for the illegals.

... this could have been our daughter - all of ours! A few years ago the 'town people' would have taken over and the ruthless murderers would have been hung on high! Where's the outrage, except from a few of US in the Bear Nation!

Jack, they are so horrible. And there are a lot of cases like this.

Your right, the agenda for the politicians does not have room for caring about the citizens of this country. Not even the innocent children are a concern to them.

Posted by: Wild Thing at August 11, 2007 12:04 AM

Tom, I bet they don't, all they care about is the power they have today, themselves and no one else.

Posted by: Wild Thing at August 11, 2007 12:05 AM

Mark I agree it should be. We should all be allowed to protect ourselves, but I am getting afraid that even that will not hold up the way the justice system has been for the illegals thanks to the creep Sutton.

Posted by: Wild Thing at August 11, 2007 12:08 AM

Lynn, exactly.

When I lived in Malibu, Calif. we had swarms of them coming there. And the police told us where I had a gift shop that most of the illegals around were killers, rapists etc.,and for us to be armed but just not broadcast it.

razOr that would be great.

Posted by: Wild Thing at August 11, 2007 12:12 AM

Darth, that is the thing, this young girl could have been anyone's child or close friend or relative. And the way America used to be there would have been such outrage.
